What a great experience! I ordered flowers at 9 am for a get well gift, and the beautiful bouquet was delivered 2 hours later. I’ve ordered flowers all over the country for friends and family, but this florist was the best! Wow, I thought this kind of customer service was dead and gone.... I'm blown away! I placed an online order for my daughter's birthday which was the day after Mother's Day this year. Totally knew I was taking a chance since florists are always slammed that weekend and recovering for the next week so I wasn't going to be too picky. In the special instructions I expressed all of that, submitted my order and hoped for the best. Within minutes I received a text from Jeff letting me know they had it covered and they would take good care of her. Wait, what?? Such a great experience already! Monday rolls around, delivery in downtown Portland is flawless and my daughter was absolutely over the moon with her flowers. Thank you Jeff and team for being the highlight of her day, you are appreciated and the arrangement is beautiful... cannot recommend highly enough!
