My order was placed late in the day, asking that it be delivered the next morning, if possible. I had no room # available, only the name of hospital and patient. I was contacted early next morning (9-ish) as Bloomnation had trouble with room # (not their fault) but with additional information from me, the room # was determined. As the patient was soon to be released, the patient received her item right away and she was all smiles (I had been notified of delivery) and patient was VERY pleased with her item and delivery went VERY well. I would easily and confidently use Bloomnation again. Thank you, Bloomnation. :-)

Delivery and planter perfect - however the note that was to be enclosed was lost and the recipient had no idea who it was from until they called the shop and then they only got the name of the city of the person who ordered it and had to guess it was us,
