I placed my order after hours; I always worry about sending flowers without actually talking to a person, but your website was easy to use and I was able to make an additional request to the arrangement that was shown on the website. I was sending an arrangement from out of town and was delighted with the professionalism of the responses to the online order and the artistry of the beautiful arrangement. They really do care about customer service, even for an out of town order!!!
